About Deer Run

Deer Run is located in Calgary’s southeast. The Bow River and Fish Creek Provincial Park form the eastern and southern boundaries respectively. Deer Run is well linked to the rest of the city via Bow Bottom Trail and Deerfoot Trail. The area was annexed by the City of Calgary in 1961, however, it was not developed until 1978.
