Howdy Neighbours!

Round up your family, friends and neighbours and come on down to our community Stampede Breakfast! This year our breakfast takes place on Neighbour Day.

We’ll be serving pancakes, sausages, coffee and juice. Enjoy the Kids zone, children’s bouncers, wagon rides, line dancing, music and wagon rides.

• Location: Deer Run Community Centre, 2223-146 AVE SE, Calgary AB T2J 6P8

• Time: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

• Admission: Voluntary donation to the Veterans Food Bank

Near the end of the breakfast we’ll bring our community Hair Raiser to a close. Kim Semeniuk, the president of the Deer Run Community Association, will be getting a much needed trim! We’ll also shave down some bushy beards that have sprouted among our board members, David and Etienne! All proceeds from the Hair Raiser will go towards a new sign for the community or towards upgrades for our outdoor ice rinks.

Join our crew and help make our breakfast a heck of a good time We need folks to help set-up at 8:00 AM, take down at 12:15 PM, run booths, mix pancake batter and serve food. if you have any special skills you can contribute, reach out to us with your offer!
